Phiiladelphia Union Soccer practice fields under construction

Last I heard, the city and the folks down at PPL Park were at odds about the Philadelphia Union practice fields they wanted to plant next to the stadium. There have been hints that the two sides have smoothed out there differences but all talks must have been behind closed doors.
